Introduction

WWG Engineering Pte Ltd is part of a diversified Business and Engineering Group of Companies. Over the years, we have been offering integrated engineering solutions and services for the industrial segments of oil & gas, petrochemical, power generations, semiconductors and mission-critical industry such as military and aviation.

Our Team Members are experienced in Rotating, Stationery Equipment and Plants Projects. Supporting many Global OEMs and Manufacturing Plants, we offer an unique mix of strength for engineering equipment and components, by suitably combining our competencies in workshop machining, surface engineering such as thermal spray coating, specialized welding, engineering fabrications and mechanical engineering works. Our complementary activities include performing dynamic balancing, white metal bearing re-babbitting, gear hopping, hard chrome plating, ceramic, polymerized and anti-erosive coating etc.

With a Team of gear hobbing technicians, machinists and specialists, our main customers are from sensitive industry and OEM manufacturing. Conveniently, as a synergy to our mechanical engineering services, we also provide support to other industries.

We are bind by many tight regulations and customers agreements, and we are only able to release limited information in the area of gear manufacturing.

As far as manufacturing process concern, it is wide and consists of specific type of parts and fittings. In our case, we have been very mission-specific in terms of reverse engineering and OEM production work.

OEM Manufacturing Reverse Engineering

Due to the nature of work, our workshop machineries are mainly conventional, with digital control. Our largest capacity is Dia 1,500 mm. We focus on right material selection, surface finishing, proper gear fitting, heat treatment and dynamically balanced if required.

On top of our in-shop facilities, in our supply-chain, we work with prominent metal stockist vendors and specialized heat treatment companies in Singapore.

In case of lacking of OEM information and traceability, we offer complete capability of Reverse Engineering to resolve customers problems.
